I hope there's a catchy theme song or this farmers market thing has no chance.
What's around here now: the tomatoes are coming in, yeah!; green and purple okra; tender garlic; teeny potatoes; kale; blackberries and raspberries; peaches...um, just about everything.

What an exquisite blog! I'm so glad you posted at mattbites, as that post led me here.
Sunday's trip to the Palo Alto farmer's market resulted in superb small strawberries, lovely melons and eggs actually fresh enough to poach without creating a pan full of egg white strands.

Gorgeous as usual, Tana. I especially love the red flowers...dahlias?
