Menu of Hope II: Offer Withdrawn

REVISED POST: my offer of a $200 Manresa gift certificate to sweeten the pot for Menu for Hope II was unwelcome.

I am therefore withdrawing both my offers. I will instead make a donation to the recovery efforts on behalf of farmers in Louisiana, who were devastated by Hurricanes Rita and Katrina this autumn.

I feel better already.
